Our 30-day money-back guarantee is here to ensure that you are satisfied with your CozzyGarden orders. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, we'll strive to make it right.

Within 30 days of receiving your packages, we are willing to provide you with a refund or a new replacement if you experience any of those unexpected issues:

  • The artwork on your items does not match the artwork you approved.
  • Your items arrived with manufacturing defects, no matter how small it is.
  • The items were different from what was described and did not meet your expectations.
  • The item is unused and unwashed.

Feel free to contact our support team at support@gossby.com to report the problem. Our supportive agents will assist you within 24 hours and immediately get you set up with a replacement or refund.

Please note that: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure or washing procedure

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your ticket via this form, provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please be informed that:

  • Personalized Orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double check all details before completing the order.
  • For modification requests in the holiday season, orders may reach you a little longer than usual. However, it is rare because we always try to complete the changes immediately.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.


REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

We understand that mistakes happen. Fortunately, in some cases, we can offer replacements at a discounted price compared to the original cost. This applies to:

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with the wrong design or size due to a customization error you made during checkout.
  • Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and the package is subsequently destroyed, we can offer a replacement at a discount.
